M.A. in Management of Aging Services

The Erickson School M.A. in the Management of Aging Services (MAgS) is an innovative program designed to develop leaders in all areas of aging services. The program offers a unique curriculum based on the integration of business management, public policy, and human aging, and is designed to meet the evolving challenges and opportunities presented by an aging society. Graduates from the Erickson Graduate Program at UMBC are prepared for leadership careers within aging services organizations and possess the skills and knowledge necessary to make great contributions to public, private, and nonprofit organizations whose missions are to improve the lives of older adults.
