Look Who’s Aging
Person-Centered Services and The New Normal
January 8-10, 2013
Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort and Spa
Fort Myers, Florida
Person centered service has helped to enhance the quality of life and care for seniors for more than 20 years. But to date it has rarely been used to create market differentiation or expansion. With the aging services landscape changing rapidly the challenge to both “do good and do well” is more evident than ever. This conference will create the link between person centered services and the creation of competitive advantage and a dominant market position.
The conference is not for those anticipating traditional learning sessions. Fast paced, interactive and iterative learning will be used to both identify the broad strategic opportunities and imperatives within the field – and to ensure that conference attendees leave with a set of strategies that have been tailored to their own organization and market.
