BALTIMORE – The Erickson School Executive Education program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County now offers its fourth exclusive professional certification designed for leaders in the burgeoning seniors housing and care market.

New for 2008 is professional certification in Organizational Development in Seniors Housing and Care, reflecting the program’s expanded offerings in human-capital development and person-centered organizational culture. Also offered exclusively by the Erickson School are certificates in Leadership, Finance and Marketing & Sales for Seniors Housing and Care.

Seydou E. Diallo, Relationship Manager in the Senior Housing Lending Unit at Bank of the West, recently completed professional certifications in Finance and Marketing. Diallo said the certifications make him uniquely qualified to determine the quality and best practices of senior housing borrowers.
