Chris Moore

Christopher Moore is the Director of the Information & Assistance Program at the Anne Arundel County Department of Aging & Disabilities, as well as the current President of Maryland AIRS. He has worked in Human Services for 18 years, and in Information & Referral for the past 10 years. Chris earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Hampton University in 1999 and his Master’s Degree in Management of Aging Services from the University of Maryland Baltimore County’s Erickson School in 2015 with Cohort 7. He is the Founder and Executive Director of a non-profit called The Father Academy, a peer mentoring and support program for fathers. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Tamara and their sons Andrew and Christopher and coaching youth baseball and football.
